Subscriptions & Payments

Certain Services require a paid subscription. Plans, pricing, AXX Credits, and usage limits may change prospectively. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, infringement, fraud, security abuse, or activity that interferes with the platform or other users.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you submit. Subject to applicable plan terms and payment status, you receive the rights described for generated deliverables. ApexSites retains ownership of the platform, software, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology.
